Floral and Stripes

I remember while growing up, I followed the rule "different patterns don't mix". Well I'm glad I’m over that. I now know that different patterns and textures can be worn simultaneously to create interesting and visually appealing looks. For me, I try not to make both patterns bold. I usually depend on the floral pattern to make the statement and use the stripes as the compliment.

All White Affair

I have a Christmas Eve event to attend and it's an All White Affair. Breaking all the rules about white after Labour day blah blah blah. I'm at a loss on exactly what I should wear. This is not a formal event by any means. It's the night club scene. I put together a few looks I could go for. What do you think?

Style Jacking

I usually like to draw inspiration from looks that others have created, however every now and then I will just take the lazy way out and just steal the complete look. I featured Janet Jackson in this post and the items you can purchase to create this style. The only thing I bought extra to create this for me was the belt. How did I do?
